Our Story / Journey
At SCALE Foundation, our story is rooted in passion, experience, and a deep commitment to community development.
Founded by two individuals who have been working at the grassroots level for over 13 years, SCALE Foundation was born from the belief that meaningful change happens when people with the right intent and expertise come together.
Our journey began with small steps — addressing local challenges, supporting vulnerable groups, and building trust within communities. Over time, our work evolved into a more structured and impactful approach, leading to the formation of the SCALE Foundation.
What sets us apart is the diversity of our team. We come from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, including counseling, project implementation, finance, women’s health, paramedical services, and banking. This rich mix of knowledge and experience enables us to design holistic programs that effectively address the real needs of the people we serve.

Our founders didn’t just observe the issues — they lived and worked among the communities, offering hands-on support, building relationships, and creating small but powerful changes. SCALE Foundation is the next chapter in that journey — scaling up that vision, together.
